Future Proof ClocksYou can start off with a single clock with no software and expand the system by adding more clocks and/or software as your business grows in size and/or complexity. Communication Connect the clock to your network or straight onto the network port on your computer - the clocks communicate via TCP/IP. If you need a non-cabled solution you can download information onto a USB thumb drive. Clocks on the same network synchronizes clocking directions. This means employees can clock IN on one clock and OUT on another, even if the clocks are in different world time zones!
Easy to use Keypad MenuThe keypad menu allows an administrator to setup and use the clock without having to access the web interface. Add employees, assign and remove cards, setup users as supervisors or administrators, set the time on the clock, configure network settings, update the firmware, etc. You can also add a payroll, access or job clocking from the keypad. For a non-cabled solution supervisors and administrators can download clocking and hours information onto a USB thumb drive
How do we clock on ?
Employees can clock using a proximity Card, Tag or a
PIN number.
Employees will receive audio visual confirmation of their
clocking: a double beep and a green LED for an IN and a single beep
and a red LED for an OUT.
Up to 10,000 clockings can be stored in the clock's memory. |
